Details:

Gorge Creek Falls is clearly visible from the Route 20 bridge. The falls were drastically altered by a flash flood in 2003. For better information: Waterfalls of the Pacific Northwest

Photography Notes:

Sunny days will be highly problematic as you can plainly see looking at my photos. An overcast day will be helpful in the extreme. A tripod will allow longer exposures, a polarizer will cut the glare from the rocks. On the day I was shooting the falls, there wasn't much to be done. This is a reference shot only.
