It's not a great waterfall by any stretch of the imagination. It's worth a glance to a dedicated waterfall bagger, but not to anyone else. The roadside area near the falls has the standard array of roadside refuse, bottles, cans, potato chip bags, etc., and the gully below that point has even more junk, including an old and rusty dishwasher (lazy slobs, pay a few bucks and put it in the landfill, 'kay?!?!) It's not a nice area, and the waterfall, while somewhat attractive, isn't worth the minimal effort you'd have to expend. Believe me, this photo makes the falls seem much better than they really are.

The jagged ledge is comprised of Dunham Dolostone, and shows virtually no signs of water sculpture.

The sun can be harsh, there's a bridge in the background, and it's not especially photogenic. A halfway decent shot could be made from the south bank, taking care to compose the shot to eliminate the bridge, but the area around the falls isn't exactly beautiful. A 28-80mm lens should suffice.

This cascade is located just below the bridge on Industrial Avenue in Williston. Park in the lot next to the bridge, and work your way down through the woods.
