Once upon a time, this was a set of rocky rapids below a short and ugly concrete dam. Today, you'll find the North Hartland Dam in its place. The rapids are under thousands of cubic yards of earth fill material. It wasn't a worthwhile waterfall in aesthetic or scenic terms.
